Next Day Delivery Guarantee
At Melbourne Office Supplies, our customers’ satisfaction is our number one priority. We appreciate that fast paced businesses can require expedited service on their orders, which we endeavor to provide on a day to day basis. However, this guarantee can differentiate in certain circumstances, as will be defined below.
Stocked Items
We can only guarantee next day delivery on regularly stocked items. As we have 27,000+ items on our website, there are many that will require a day or two to come in, however we do hold many common items on hand so that we can supply them to you as soon as possible. If your preferred item is not in stock, you will be contacted to substitute it for another similar product or brand for immediate delivery.
Melbourne Metro Region
Our next day service applies to the Melbourne Metro Region. Orders out of Melbourne will usually be delivered in the next 2 days, provided that they are in stock. We frequently send orders throughout Australia and endeavour to provide competitive freight charges – see estimated chart below.
Free Delivery Guarantee (excludes Bulky Items and PO Boxes)
Orders over $80+GST qualify for free delivery, provided they are to be delivered to the Melbourne Metro Region. Orders less than $30 have a $9+GST flat fee to the Metro region. Orders between $30 and $80+GST have a $5.95+GST flat fee to the Metro region. Please note that this price does not apply to bulky / oversize / fragile items such as copy paper, furniture or 3+ parcels, in which cases you will be notified by a customer service representative of the correct freight charge for your order.
Note that free delivery does not apply to PO boxes, which have their own pricing structure.
Rural or Interstate Orders
Rural or interstate orders over $150+GST qualify for free delivery. Orders less than $150+ have their own delivery fee structure, which can be estimated via the following table. Once again, bulky, oversize, fragile or large orders can differ from the below.
Remote areas in Australia that regular couriers don't get to, and require local on forwarder, freight will be quoted to cover this service, regardless of the value and size of the package.
